PCT Help both clomid and nolva

Hi,
Thanx for all ur help in completing my cycle,
week 1-12 500mg test-e along with adex 0.5 e3d
week 1-4 dbol 40mg/day
week 9-12 winny 50 mg/day
after last shot of test
1000 iu HCG eod.(5000 iu) for 10 days
i want to start with PCT
i was planning:
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 100/100/50/50

should i need to do both clomid and nolva both or just clomid..plz help

stats: first cycle..185 lbs (put on 20 lbs),15% BF, 39 yrs 5ft 7in.

Your PCT looks good to me use both.I like this protocol.Although some people totally disagree with me on that
You can go with that or use official PCT 2010 by Nelson Montana.
I would run HCG during the cycle 1000iu/week.
