PCT for Test Eth/Deca/Winny

Anyone have suggestions for a PCT for
10 weeks Test Eth 600mg per week
8 weeks Deca 300 mg per week
Week 8 to 10 Winny 50mg ED

I have nolvadex 20mg tabs on hand for gyno symptoms during my cycle, but I have read that it is not a good idea to use?

Don't use nolva with deca!! How old are you ?? Are currently on that cycle ??

I am 24, and was going to do my first pin yesterday, buy holding off on it untill I get a PCT in order. I am thinking of dropping the deca completely?

will this be your first cycle if it is... leave the deca for a future cycle..asit is hard to recover from read a about its sides ..
mi first cycle was test e and dbol.. with great results....

Essentially yes this will be my first cycle. I have been doing hours of research with many conflicting tips. So I guess I will just run test e and winny. I was only planning on running test 500mg weekly for ten weeks, but now I am considering 12 to 16. Is that safe of too much at first?

1 will do the test 12 weeks max @ 500 mg split doses , for exmple sunday 250 mg / thur 250mg run an Ai ...pct is as important as the cycel if not more...
16 weeks is to long for your first cycle... keep it simple this time ..
try to eat clean but plenty ..

Would Nolvadex be suitable for my PCT? My diet is dialed in as well. If I run test e for 10 weeks, when should I start the winny? I was planning on week 6 to week 12 50mg ed, then PCT on week 13. Does this sound like a suitable cycle?

usually everyone will advise you to run one compound for your first cycle !! some decide to follow or ignore the advise ..is up to you but if you do winny just do it the last 4 weeks and begin pct 2 weeks after last pin ..take a liver support winny is harsh on your liver .. track your diet if you have time @ fitday.com Im eating roughly 4000 to 4500 cals ed.
-- nolva umm I really dont plan to use for my pcts anymore althought I have in the past with out any problems..
get some arimidex or forma stanozol to control sides ..

So nolva is sufficient but arimadex is better? What would the dosagw on the arimadex be?
