PCT for Anavar only cycles-Please vote!

Once and for all! What type of PCT needed for anavar?

Some people swear you should use clomid PC, others, including the highly knowledgable Huck Finn, only suggest some light nolva/proviron post cycle, and others like Nelson Whoeverthefuck basically suggest nothing (other than his PF products, of course). Everybody please vote!

Not flaming you KO....

bug, WTF is it with all this bullsh!t about PCT after var only. Just do normal PCT, you've spent a few hundred $$ on the var why risk it. PCT is not a problem and cheap. I say just do pct as a normal cycle, regardless of reading all the controversial stuff about var not being suppressive!!!

Agreed same PCT as you would anything. Var is a steroid and its going to shut you down.

My var only cycle lasted a full 12-13 weeks, and I only used light doses of nolva and proviron (per Huck Finn's suggestion, and that's all he used after his 50mg BTG cycle) and it brought me back just fine, so it's not all that simple, even though 5mg var supposedly suppresses you, there's definitely something different about it when it comes to recovering PC. Hence, the poll, and ulter's opinion. I'm also pretty suprised so many people voted for HCG, seems a bit overkill for a var only cycle. peace
 
I'm supprised about the HCG votes too. OMEGA when you say back off a tad at the gym during PCT, do you mean go less?
 
im pct 2 weeks after var only cycle......im just taking creatine and tribulus...and have not lost a thing in terms of the mass or strength i gained....the only thing is i just dont want to fuck as much! but thats getting better day by day;)
 
yes I say to back off it just makes sense since that window (PCT) is the most catabolic time

cut training back to Mentzer type training

HIT style, and back cardio down to 15-20 minutes instead of the usual 30-45

l least that what I do.....

Huck introduced me to the 10 day off method where that whole time you load up on Creatine 20-30 grams a day, take glutamine pep and then resume training.....

then cut back dosage of creatien to the normal dose and ALWAY TAKE GLUTAMINE PEP post workout, and keep amino acid content in diet high......

I amended this advice alittle for my needs but I feel that it great
