PCT - Confusion

Hello All,

Well my last shot was around a week ago now and in a week I am going to need to jump on post cycle therapy to help preserve gains by getting my natural hormone levels back to normal as soon as possible.

I am also doing an insulin, t3 and gh cycle but that's neither here nor there.

Things have changed since I did my last cycle a long while back in which I would only ever do clomid for pct and it was all the rage. It seems this is different now with this product and that product... Please also note hcg is quite a BIG NO for me as it causes me the most severe of acne which I am only just getting rid of after some serious cystic outbreaks.

Now here is my question and please bare in mind that I cannot import these supplements like dermacrine and sustain alpha or what ever they are so pretty much all I have access to is:

Clomid, Nolva, Letro, Tribulis (I think).

This may seem like a total newbie question but so many things have changed....


How are people advising pct is done nowadays with them?

Any input would be appreciated - thank you all in advance.

It's not the end of the world without it. I'd rather leave it out and not have to worry about cystic outbreaks.

What was the cycle (What kind of AAS, dose, length)?

I would run the hcg. Who cares if you get a little "zitty" for a few days or even a week, it will go away.

The clomid and nolva is fine. You're not going to have much of a libido for weeks. Bottom line is it will work, but you'll feel like crap. At least I did.

Try Nelson's Unleashed. I swear by it. Worked awesome for me. Seeing that you don't have access to PP's stuff that rules that out.

Why do you say you cannot import Sustain Alpha? What country are you in?

In the UAE - Dubai - I got transferred here from back home.

They pretty much keep anything if they do not know what it is. If it is medicine, they say it must be obtained in the UAE with a UAE script.

My cycle started at 500mgs sust - then on 750mgs - then on 500mgs then last weeks down to 250mgs. It was 10 wks in total. Started off as well on 100mgs winny which was dropped to 50mgs of winny when I started using 20mgs dbol for pre workout. Then when the winny ended I upped the dbol to 50mgs daily.

It seems quite confusing but it's quite straight forward and was not harsh on me at all. I am in good health now but it took some serious thinking on how to control the acne. It is finally finally going after trying everything under the sun. The best thing was controlling the estrogen with letro.

I simply cannot use HCG - it isnt just a few pimples or spots for a few days or weeks, it is cystic acne which hits my back, shoulders and chest and that bleeds through my shirts and lasts months. It is the pimples (yellow spots) that I get on my face. I absolutely cannot use HCG. All I have and can obtain is what was listed above:

Clomid, Nolva, Letro, (tribulis - I think - not sure if it's banned here - it may not be banned but no health store seems to import it).

The best you can do in this case is 20mg/day nolva for 6 weeks. I wouldnt touch the letro or clomid.

just use the clomid and nolva together
if you can get tribulus throw that in for libido if you have a problem
 
Thanks PP - do you mind me asking what the nolva will do alone? I was always old school and just did clomid before but it seems a times have changed.

Cobra, do you know what the name of the product is or which pharmaceutical company makes photodenyl phosphate and under which brand name?

Nolva alone in this case will suffice. One study of hypogondal men documented @ 20mgs ed elevated test levels increased 141% above baseline after 10 days. By week 4 I beleive those #s had risen to 180% above baseline. Contrary to popular beleif Nolva can be used for more than gyno prevention, and it doesnt need to be used in excess of 20mgs ed.

In the beginning I was on sust and winstrol and taking preventative care - ensuring a swim in the sea and washing with acne body wash and cleaning my skin with alcohol. I started getting gyno and took nolva and letro. Still ok. Then I stopped the winny and upped the dbol (stopped the letro and nolva).

When upping the dbol, days later I was getting acne. At first the acne was controllable with the above and nizoral shampoo but then some serious cystic acne. I stopped the dbol, started letro again, continued the above routine and its finally getting under control again.

I dont know why hcg gives me such bad acne but I know it does and will not touch it ever again.

I was always acne sensitive and prone and although it has been away for 5 years, this cycle restarted it up. Thankfully its finally going.
 
Have you considered running accutane? im gonna run 20mg a day all threw my next cycle and see how it works

I have used accutane twice before but I really didn't like the sides.

Right now I have got my acne really under control which took 6 weeks of intense treatment - Nizoral, Neutrogena, Letro, Alcohol wipes, Chlorine and sea water as well as pore openers and steam. I won't ever be risking it again with HCG :)
 
hope you can get it under control then bro, good luck.

personally i think the sides of accutane are grossly exaggerated especially by people who have never used it, in low doses it is hardly noticeable , i would prefer dry lips and eyes then cystic acne
