Pct Composition/dosage Advice!

i am coming off a fairly long and heavy test only cycle . i went up to a gram a week for a while and never went below 500mg a week.

i have 10,000i.u. of hcg, 50 tabs of arimidex, and 40cc of liquid letrozole (2.5mg/cc)

what do you recommend??
i was thinking i should start hcg 10 days after my last shot of test enth.
how should i use my letro and arimidex? and what dosage should i use the hcg at? i can't get ahold of any insulin pins to measure out the hcg either....
so i was thinking about doing 1250 i.u. eod. for 2 weeks (which would be 1/4cc in a regular 3cc syringe)

any comments and suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

i think you should have your p.c.t. figured out before you start your cycle... esp if going up to a gram...

You do not have the components to constitute pct. Letro is no use.Adex is no use.Hcg is just a kickstart.

You need clomid or nolva or both

Take the hcg starting now and for another 10 days. Take 1000iu's eod.

There are places to get needles online, a bag of insulin needles is 10-20 bucks. You will lose a good amount of the HCG in the needle if you use a regular needle. You can do the HCG at 500iu a day for 20 days, you can do 500iu 2x a week for 10 weeks, you can do 1000iu EOD - should be about a week. The best would have been for you to have ran 500iu a week during your cycle, then 1000iu EOD for a total of 5000iu or 500iu ED for 10 days (Dr Swale's protocol).

You should consider some Nolvadex, or at the very least Aromasin if you plan to use Letro for PCT.. I'm not sure Arimidex will be effective enough and more risk of rebound from E than Letro. I'd taper off of them though any way.

Joking bro? Sorry No. Cant believe you been running a gram of test for ages with no PCT!
Worst case scenario - follow needtoo's advice above - he's man. Order the test recover pack from PP from the link, its legal OTC stuff but should work, though I never used it. Take the HCG like Needto said as well...and next time be prepared!

Man, where I currently live a pack of 10 insulin needles costs 1.5 dollars and normal needles cost less than 20 cents each.
