PCT Assistance ?

I ended up going one extra week in my cycle with the sust.
Given the last deca shot was one week staggered should i start the pct 1 week after my last sust inj? Like so...

Sust 500mg/wk Wks 1-13
Deca 300mg/wk Wks 1-12
PCT(nolva/clomid) Wks 14-18ish?

I've packed on good mass gain on deca\sust cycles myself but noticed far better results on sust alone and sust eq got me as full and chiseled

I would add HCG. Begin administration of that one week after your last shot. I would use 500 iu EOD for 2 weeks. Beginning 2 weeks after your last Sust shot, I'd begin my Clomid and Nolvadex routine. The longer acting ethers for sust are going to take 10-14 days to get out of your system.

I would do your last shot of sust week 11 instead of going until week 13, as sust has a long half life (up to 18 days if I remember correctly).

Go with HCG, 10 days x 500 IU /day

week 1-2: .25mgs arimidex ED
week 1: 300mgs clomid ED + 40mgs nolvadex ED
week 2: 200mgs Clomid ED + 40mgs nolvadex ED
week 3: 100mgs Clomid ED + 20mgs nolvadex ED
week 4: 50mgs clomid ED
