PCT and sutch

Finally, after many hours of thinking and reading ive decided for my first cycle with the AAS i can get and so..

1-4 weeks D-bol 20 mg e/d
1-8 weeks Omnadren 250 250mg/ew

because D-bol is a pretty heavy AAS how much Nolva or clomid should i use ? should i use it afterwards or during the cycle ?

Run nolva if you get itchy nips for 20-40mgs ED until they subside. Seems to be different dosages for everybody. Clomid, I personally run it PCT @ 300mgs Day1, 100mg 10days, 50mg 10 days, or however long your pct is.

if i were you i would get some liquidex and run that your whole cycle to help combat the bloat you're gonna get. unless you like that sorta thing
