PCT and running an AI during cycle?

So I was thinking about this earlier today and am curious as to what some of your thoughts are. If you're running a cycle and run it in conjugation with an AI such as Arimidex, wont your estrogen levels be significantly lower than someone who didnt? So in theory, would you need to take as much Nolva/Clomid etc as someone who didn't run the AI?

I'm about to start my PCT here in about 4 days and ran Arimidex at .25mg EOD. My PCT btw is going to include Nolva and Aromasin and was just curious about this matter.

No your estrogen levels would not be lower and here is why:

The arimidex (anastrozole) is to control oestrogen. Your body produces an enzyme called aromatase which converts testosterone into oestrogen. Arimidex helps to control the levels of aromatase in your body to help to minimize the conversion to oestrogen. This is why you should ALWAYS use an A/I on cycle.

Use the armidex, nolva or the aromasin. You don't need all three. .05mg eod for the armidex. 20mg ed for the nolva or 25mg eod for the aromasin. Aromasin is the best in my opinion.

Dose the clomid at 50mg ED for 3-4 weeks.

Arimidex is the best AI to run on cycle IMO at a low dose .25 every 3 days. Some people say what until yu get gyno signs, but I believe the issue should be addressed before it ever becomes a issue.

That's just complete ignorance to wait until signs of gyno to start your AI. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Letrozole the only AI that can reverse gyno? On another note, I've also thought an AI wasn't needed during pct if you've run it while on cycle. Makes sense, if you've controlled estrogen on cycle control estrogen why would you need it post cycle when estrogen is low? I know it helps raise testosterone but can very easily drive estrogen too low. Someone please fill me in on some knowledge as to whether I'm right on this.

Yeah thats my concern as well. Driving the estrogen too low. I ran Adex for my entire cycle at .25mg EOD. Now that I'm about to start my PCT, which is going to include Nolva and Aromasin or here is my plan rather for my PCT, was thinking of running 40mg for my second week.. not sure though

40/50/20 Nolva/Clomid/Aromasin
20/50/20
20/50/20
20/50

People who advise on not running a AI on cycle has never had gyno because they are lucky gentically. Truth of the matter is gyno is painful, and if sugery is needed can cost you thousands, and thousands of dollars, and afterwards you can STILL get gyno. People also say do not use a AI like Arimidex because it destroys your lipid profile well so does Steroids. 1MG of Arimidex daily on the studies I have read lowers estrogen to about 50%.

Letrozole is the only thing that I know of that revereses gyno or can help reverese gyno it's not a gurantee.

You need only half of the amount while doing your PCT. Once you stop your cycle your estrogen maybe lowered but your body will begin to produce more due to the suppression.

Also clomid will increase testosterone but geuss what else in increases? That's right oestrogen. Which is what testosterone will convert to.

If you were running long esters in your cycle and stop before they clear there is a real chance of having a rebound effect, which is nasty to say the least.

ALWAYS run an A/I during PCT and an additional 2 weeks past the clomid.

No do not run A Ai during cycle unless you find out you have to.:biggrin:
