PCT advise for sust-tren cutting cycle

Hi guys I will be taking sustanon and tren ace for my cut cycle in summer.

As ofr dosage it will be
500mg every week sust
300mg per week tren, 100md EOD.

10 weeks sust, 6 weeks tren

what is the best time to start taking HCG. during cycle of after cycle? If during,what is the best week to start HCG?
As regards for orals, is Clomid better than Nolva in this case?

I'm pretty much about to do the same cycle myself, but 12 weeks with oral kickstart. For only 10 weeks just use the HCG/Nolvadex after the cycle with normal PCT, I get good results with this

Around 21 days after last sust jab- 500iu HCG ED for 10 days, in conjunction with 5 weeks Nolv 20mg (40mg doses first week is preferable). Some say use 1000-1500iu HCG every 3 days, but its practically the same thing, just with increased chances of leydig cell desensitization and technically gyno could even arise. As for clomid, forget it, its old school and has more sides than nolv. Good luck
