I always worry about passing bad habits on to people, that's why I think team coaching works best so you have more than one style going on.

I have no qualms about kicking someone out for doing curls. If you can curl it, you can easily pick it up off the floor in an area that doesn't interfere with anyone. I was doing goodmornings and had 365 on the bar. I walked to get a drink and somebody was unloading my weight. I excused myself and told him that I had another set or two. He gave me a dirty look and walked away without putting back the weights he took off. Whatever! I just wanted to get out of there without an incident. He walked over to the newly open power rack and put 10's on each side and starting doing curls. I just shook my head and kept working out. He then came over and gave me advise that I shouldn't do that as it might hurt my back. I thanked him and said I appreciate the advise, but I think I'm going to be alright.
Florida is LOADED with bodybuilders.....LOL
