There were supposed to expand it starting 911 , but they've waited too late

No diss to army stud, but I bet direct commisions are common with people who have college degree and probably an O3 is attainable with a graduate degree and no military experience at all...

I know a 40 year old chick that got a direct commission as an O-1(she's not medical or legal)......it's amazing what lagging retention and a letter writing campaign can do.
