This is a little left....even for you, AAP. I must admit that I do have mixed opinions of Rumsfeld. If he really does believe that the US Army can fight a war abroad, retain optimum national security, and fight another battle elsewhere at the same time with only 9 divisions.....he may have lost his mind! To me, this is neither feasible nor practical as we need several more divisions. Sounds more like something Clinton would do(ooooops, he did, didn't he?).

Doubt it's true....but as long as Dan Rather continues to help run Kerry's campaign, I'm certain we'll see more of these allogations (That's exactly what they are...unfounded allogations)!
