August 30 is Dev's 1st b-day party. Most everyone will be adults. I figured I would go with an easy southern party menu. What do y'all think:

Pulled Pork shoulder BBQ sandwiches w/ coleslaw
Deviled Eggs
Corn Fritters
Crudite w/ benedictine dip
Fresh corn on the cob

Derby Pie
Kentucky Pie
Cherry Pie

Elmo Cake (lol)
Ice cream

Never had any of that minus, deviled eggs, corn, cherry pie and ice cream.

I spend plenty of time 'Down south' but my menu differs from yours quite abit. Usually a landing strip burger with a side of thighs.

crudite with benedictine dip = raw baby carrots/pea pods/etc with cucumber and dill dip

derby pie = sort of a chocolate pecan pie

kentucky pie = sort of like a gooey brownie in a pie crust with nuts.
