Party Destinations...

I'm trying to come up with a list of all the locations that have the sluttiest, dirtiest, debaucherous parties where it is a given that everybody will have the time of their lives... where everyone is drinking/taking drugs and hooking up, shagging on the beach, etc...

A few that spring to mind:
Thailand in Dec/Jan/Feb;
Greek Islands in May/June/July;
Spring break in the Bahamas.

Any others?

Greek Island Micanos (sp??) is RIDICULOUS!!! YES!

In America, I'd go to either Key West or South Beach Miami for Spring Break.. I'll be down in Key West for SB, I'm renting a 2500 sq ft house for a week and throwing a party every night, if you're in the area, seriously, you're welcomed..
