Continuing with our discussion of the parts of a stack for PWA's we now look at the Testosterone half of it. There seems to be no perfect answer as for what to use here. Injections give you a big boost in the beggining, but fade as the time approaches for the next shot. Patches either have to have the skin shaved before application, or are large messy affairs for the back of the shoulder. Androgel is currently on the scene, but there are doubts about how much you actually absorb with this. A new gel that goes by a name somewhat like Testem has just been recently been approaved, and is supposed to be absorbed much better than Androgel, but is not approved for coverage by MassHealth (medicare) for use with PWA's. Any ideas as to what is the best solution? Thanks!
