Sorry if i wasnt clear. The good behavior would be how she behave herself in jail. So technically you get 45 days but county jail states that if you ever act normal then you might get away after 20 something days. It's her behavior after being jailed not prior

That being said, we cant blame her. Anyone with her cash flow and fame would most likely be seeking a similar bargain.

Thing is, she was granted good behavior before she even stepped foot into the jail! Under normal circumstances, its after the inmate is in jail for awhile and behaves while he is there. She went from 45 to 23 days for good behavior but she wasn't even in jail yet to exhibit "good behavior".

You know what, to be correct on this, "good behavior" is a STIPULATION of the court during sentencing which NORMALLY means that for a certain amount of time, say a year or 6 months, that person has to be on "good behavior", or an otherwise suspended sentence will be imposed, along with whatever punishment comes with whatever that person did to break the "good behavior". Thats what the courts mean by "good behaviour".

That reduction from 45 to 23 days out of the blue for good behavior was something just pulled out the courts asses. It never happens otherwise normally.

That's not humiliation, she's done far worse. Par for the course.
And now she's laughing.. gets to be on the phone all day, friends coming over to party whenever she wants, etc etc. She'll be coked/cocked out all day, every day.

Well, if there's nothing left to embarrass her or her family and she can buy whatever she wants the only justice left is the news heading:

PARIS HILTON Overdose........ NEWS at 11

OR This:

Hours after Paris Hilton was sent home under house arrest Thursday, the judge who put her in jail ordered her into court to determine whether she should be put back behind bars.

Hilton must report to court at 9 a.m. Friday, Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini told The Associated Press.

MEH. She is still on house arrest and has to wear the ankle bracelet. They let her out because her pyschiatrist said she was close to breaking down. I really don't care. I think she learned some lesson enough from this. It is still a traffic violation and a subsequent probation violation and she did have some consequences for it. There are far worse things with which the courts should concern themselves.

that's why i like warren buffett's philosophy, which is have your kids work for living and earn their own keep. it helps build up their self-confidence and toughens them up. no such thing as a free lunch.

and while she is in 'mansion arrest'...

guadalupe and shaneequa also were jailed that same night - for 45 days or so - are still stuck in their urine infested shitty ass jail cells in a real jail.

and no one gives a fuck about THEIR 'nervous breakdowns'.

I saw that. Apparently, both the judge and States attorney are a bit riled up that the sheriffs dept let her out in the manner that they did.

Or maybe there has been too much negative backlash from the country and the world in response to this obvious favoritism toward someone with fame and money.
