That sucks. All that teaches her is she can cry and get away with anything.

Pretty Much.

Her lawyer and Psychiatrist visited her - they probably suggested she was suicidal and should be let go for "good behavior" or something equally as ridiculous.

It is not surprise she is out early what was weird is that her sentence was reduced for good behavior prior to her starting her sentence - I've never heard of that before.

Yep, equally as ridiculous.

Cops: Paris Under House Arrest

Filed under: Celebrity Justice, Paris Hilton
Paris Hilton has been fitted for ankle bracelet and reassigned to house arrest, after authorities decided to release Hilton from prison due to medical reasons, this according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. spokesperson, Steve Whitmore.

Whitmore says he cannot release details about Paris' medical issue due to confidentiality.

Story developing ...

Paris will be under house confinement in her West Hollywood home for 40 days. After the 40 days are up, Whitmore says she will have "fulfilled her debt to society."

Whitmore wants to make it clear that Paris was not released early, she was reassigned. She is technically still in custody.

The sentence wasnt reduced before. The county authorities just stated she could be granted that privilege for good behavior which is common for about anyone. But yeah money is everything, ask OJ ;)

Really?

And what was the good behavior? Showing up for court?

Going to bookstore and buying religious books, self help and a copy of the Holy Bible (with no bag of course)?

That said, eh, she was humiliated, publically and privately (not that she thinks any less of herself) and is on house arrest and she has to live with being a felon so there's justice in that.

She'll never be a strong person because of her money. I doubt she'd care about such a trivial thing as character or integrity though. People with money don't need it! I think things are getting out of hand.

Sorry if i wasnt clear. The good behavior would be how she behave herself in jail. So technically you get 45 days but county jail states that if you ever act normal then you might get away after 20 something days. It's her behavior after being jailed not prior

That being said, we cant blame her. Anyone with her cash flow and fame would most likely be seeking a similar bargain.

That's not humiliation, she's done far worse. Par for the course.
And now she's laughing.. gets to be on the phone all day, friends coming over to party whenever she wants, etc etc. She'll be coked/cocked out all day, every day.

That cocksucker. She probably made a donation to the department to get her sentence cut short.

Fuck she should serve her time like the average person would.

AGreed, this pisses me off badly...
