yeah i got the same problem... to get my thighs into the damn leg holes i have to buy sizes 2-3 sizes larger than my waist. if i dont' wear a belt my pants would be hanging off my thighs.

invest in a nice belt.

check the internet... I believe that Levis used to custom make jeans... there are a few other companies that take your measurements and for about $60 will send you a pair in the mail... I think there is a bulk discount as well... let me find it
