I'm just wondering how am I supposed to burn off lots of fat and get ripped when whenever I try to run on the treadmill or do HIIT, I get vey painful ankle and calf pump? The calf pump I can handle, but the ankle pump is way too much for me.
What do I do to prevent or minimize it? I'm on a test e / anavar cycle.
