Pain in Lower Right Ab

I was doing like side crunches using this machine and i got this crazy pain in my lower right abs, is it common?

i cant explain it, it lasted for like 30 seconds felt like im going to blow up, then i went into a hottub and it is not bad now, but when i bend down or lay down i feel the pain but not as bad.

I havent done abs in a while side runches at least, I hope this is not serious.

If by tuesday I still feel it im going to the doc.

coulda tore something, coulda strained a muscle, coulda just gotten a knot in it. did u have any weight resistance? if not, i doubt you tore anything.

hi im 27 the pain is gone, I might of used to much resistantce in this ab sissor
