Pain in in lower abdomen, please help

I started a test/EQ cycle 3 weeks ago, I seem to have an aching feeling in my lower right side of my abdomen right down near my balls. Is this a sign of atrophy or is something wrong. I think the EQ is giving me anxiety which is not helping me deal with this, it only makes me more nervous....any ideas? Its just a slight ache from time to time, but doesn't feel normal???

These are your nuts... these are your nuts on sauce (think of a tablet of alka-seltzer dissolving in water)... any q's?

Seriously, your balls are saying goodbye... probably leydig cells comitting suicide

Make sure it isn't a hernia.

From time to time i get a little strain in that area. Just below the belt line, above my JUNK, on the right side. Its just strain, its not a hernia, you would know, its when one tissue POPs through another wall of tissue. I dont think you can half way do one.
My advice...breathe more when you lift, and dont push out your stomach.
Or, whatever you're doing...do it harder and maybe a doctor can tell you whats wrong.

I've had the same issue as meathead12. I asked my chiro about it one day and he said it is common to strain the muscles there. The first time I felt it was while cracking my back by twisting. My abs were to tight at the time, so I tweaked my muscle. It eventually went away. I did it again a few months ago while lifting dumbells before an incline set. Again, I babied my abs for a bit, and I'm ok again. I'm just carefull to breath properly, and not to strain to hard in the future.

You can have a receeding hernia, in which the tear in the facia doesn't always have protruding abdominal contents.

It is a very dull strain feeling from time to time. I figured that it was from atrophy. I have HCG on hand and will be using that in 1 week so maybe that will help if it is atrophy. Could this be from atrophy???

Bro, if it only occurred a few weeks after starting gear it's due to atrophy.. this hernia shit is unfounded... an no, I'm not a 17 year-old idiot.... actually pre-med with a chemical engineering degree... but still, I am no doctor so obviously take all advice with a grain of salt.. good luck and I wish zues and apollo the best
