So i just made an order and got the P90X workout system more for my wife then me. But i figured that it would be a good investment and i think i might actually try it out and see what happens while using this workout system. I am still going to go to the gym. So my question is has anyone here even heard or used this and if so then did you get good results. Right now i am 187lbs 5'9 with 11-12% bf i am guessing. My goal with using this will be to drop my bf% and get shredded and hopefully preserve some muscle mass. I know i am going to lose some if i am on a low calorie diet while training to this program without the use of AAS i will not be on a cycle while doing this that would be a waste of money i know this. I think i am just going to see how it feels its only 3 months of a program and see how i feel. Let me know what everyone thinks.
