what are your guys thoughts on this program. the ads seem pretty convincing. the results are amazing. have any of you guys done this program and seen the effects of it, does it really work as good as it says it does.

You have to pay for it? Of course it sounds convincing, they are trying to sell you something....

P90X works. Keeps your heart rate elevated throughout all excercises. Plyo and yoga x are my favs. Choas 13 your right it does suck. But when hasn't busting your ass burning cals- not sucked? The whole program is put to together well. I highly recommend trying it out- If you want to look like that. Not for the faint of heart and you have to eat well. Great guide/book on nutrition included.

Looks like it would be a good referance guide but if you know what your doing and work hard at it you can get the same results I'm sure

the fact that its based on perpetual "muscle confusion"

as it guiding principle for me makes it a pretty short thinking/sighted, non efficient and potentially injury prone program

Or are you just waiting for one person out of 200 to tell you it's great and go waste.. er, I mean spend your money.

You don't need our permission to spend your money, you earned it, spend it how you wish. Let us know how it goes even.

But the general concensus is don't waste your money, read the info in the training vault on this page and save the 140.00. Take your GF/ wife out or buy a hooker instead.
