Since you said bromo interferes, how long should be off before I start using P7? This bromo has knocked me out every night which is a nice change but makes me groggy in the morning. I'm welcoming the P7's effects for sleep but also for anxiety during the day.

1-2 days.. maybe 3-4 before "fully" clean of bromo..

if low dose (1/4 to 1/2 tab then 24-48hrs from last tab).. if higher dose then would wait at least 48 after last tab... really depends on you.. you should have a pretty good idea when bromo levels have dropped.. most people feel a lot different..

I dropped the Bromo.

I'll also stop P7.

Just for 72hrs, so that the Bromo clears my system.

Then I'll re-start and see with the P7. Have to be impartial
about my assesment.

I admit, I'm unfamiliar with P-seven but if the active ingredient is pregnenolone, I'm concerned. Prenenolone is a precurser (similar to DHEA) to other hormones with a propensity toward increasing progesterone. This may cause an increase in libido in some and a decrease in others. Is there anything else that gives the supposed calmness? ( I hate meletonin.) GHB, which is supposed to put you to sleep, gave me terrible anxiety.
So what's in this stuff?

I'm all for libido enhancement and calmness, and I'm usually the first guy on board to try something new, but I'm holding off on this one until I get more info.

its a non issue...
3 reasons.
1. enymatic competition
2. minimal downstream conversion
3. tissue specific reduction (two fold)


as far as effects... relaxation, and to a limited extent euphoria, are similar to the above supplement (both work through gaba receptors.. though in this case directly..)

as far as anxiety.. should not be a problem.. in fact most users report marked decrease in anxiety...

I took p7 at 1/4 pipette on the forearms 3x yesterday...woke up with wood this morning...good wood, the kind that makes a nice slapping sound when you hit the kitchen table with it.

P-7 has done wonders for my sex drive.......literally hadn't had an ercetion for over a month before starting on it (thanks to tren), now I feel like I'm on a low dose of test.

taking 1/4 pipette 4x daily.
