Hey guys! Just thaught I'd give ya'll my review of this product. Got it about 3 weeks ago or so and started it right away. I started taking 3 sprays 3 times a day and eventually went to about 4 sprays 3 times a day. The first week I really could not tell if much had happend or if it was all just in my head. The second and third weeks the effects started to get very noticable. I was able to focus a lot better on my courses and at the gym. I was in an overall more relaxed state while driving, going out with friends to the bar, speaking in front of a lot of people. My overall mood towards everyone was just better in general. I am very happy with my results! This is an amazing product! Prop to the AF store and everyone who had a hand in creating it
