take a measuring spoon i.e. 1 full teaspoon. scoop (50) 1 level teaspoons of your favorite protein powder into a container. mix your product with the protein. then use a 1/4 teaspoon of the mixed product. wash it down with some water. eat some almonds or some peanut butter to slow the absorbtion. spread the dosages out. do the math with altering the dosages if needed. IMO that is a hell of a lot of var to take a day. why so much?
When I do the math, I think you are off by a factor of 10.
In my experience, 1/2 tsp is close to 1g of powder. So your formula calls for 2,000mg of powder, divided into 200 doses which is 10mg per dose. Which is fine of he's going to do 10 doses a day but then it's only 20 days worth.
Also, using 1 cup and 2 tsp of protein would be much faster than scooping 50 tsp (1/4 cup = 12 tsp).
