Oxandrolone - My first ever cycle

Hi, i've decided that for my first ever course of steroids im going to take oxandrolone. I have a very lean build - i weigh 75kgs and im not overly muscley - i can only bench press 80kgs. I was wondering what kind of gains i could expect in strength and weight. I'm probably going to take about 30mg a day, plus i'll take protein shakes with some creatine.
 
I know I'm a dinosaur but a lot of us Yanks still don't know how many pounds are in a kg.

Anyway, Ox is an excellant choice for a first cycle. They will be people who will insist you need much more but you need to test the waters and Ox is reletively safe. You won't gain much weight but don't worry about that yet. Get strong, lift heavy and eat.
 
include around 20grams of creatine a day plus MASSIVE protein intake. You should be satisfied with the results.
 
Okay, 2 months of 30 mgs of an oral isn't all that wise. Try it for 3 weeks and check the results. A couple of months later you can do a more serious cycle.
 
Nelson: why do you say that??

If you are referring to health concerns, I disagree. 2 months on 30 MG of real OX will show no sides...and if used correctly a substantial gain in lean muscle.
