Oxandrolone/Anavar Questions

I have seen numerous responses on the PCT with a Anavar only cycle and alot of them have said the Nolva is good enough because of the mildness of the Anavar. I am interested in reading what others have to say as well.

I am waiting on my gear for a T-Bol/Var cycle (my first) and was planning on Nolva at 40/40/20/20 for PCT.

Age, stats, diet, training?

To get 5-10lbs from var, your diet and training need to be in check. I think you're better candidate for tbol.

Thanks for the responses. I think I'll just try out 60/mg a day with a lot of eating and working out and hope for the best. I'll add in PCT, is there any in particular you guys would recommend over others? Arimidex?

I think the 2nd cycle I do I'll integrate something else, or move up to something stronger assuming my body tolerates anavar well.

This could work.. I've never done a stand alone oral or prohormone of any kind. I know you're new to this, but honestly you'd prob be better off dropping your var dosage and running some testosterone with it. At low doses and propecia you wont lose your hair. VAR is really bad with regard to cholesterol.. and at 60mg I feel like legitimate VAR will not be as mild as you think it to be. You are going to get shutdown regardless.

The high cholesterol values will return to normal range within several weeks. Anavar cycles can't be harmful, if you don't run it non-stop for years. And as for shutdown, he should check his testosterone levels immediately after the end of the cycle. Otherwise he will have no idea, what a PCT he is to use. If he is 100% suppressed, Nolvadex won't help.

You don't need Adex running Var but you do need PCT, Sustain Alpha,HCGenerate
Discount codes are available via pm.

SInce Sustain is an anti e, there's really no need for it since var doesn't aromatize.

For HPTA, I'd recommend HCGenerate, UNLEASHED followed by BRIDGE. And for liver I'd suggest POST CYCLE and Liv 52.

Or if you like using prescription meds, you could use Clomid for 3 to 4 weeks, and maybe even through in unleashed/post-cycle in the mix

I don't think this part was stressed enough in the responses - remember when you're running var or any AAS you can't expect that it's just a magic pill - you'll see twice the results if you keep your diet in lockdown. I've gained about 6lbs of muscle in the last 5 weeks using var, but have been very consistent with my diet.

Sustain is not an anti E. It actually helps balance estrogen.

I'd been considering steroids for a long time, and recently decided to try the mildest I thought I could find, which is oxandrolone/anavar. I planned to take 50-60mg a week. I'm not a huge guy to begin with, and I don't want to be huge, bodybuilder like, but wanted something that would help improve strength gains with minimal side effects, particularly to hair loss, and maybe add 5-10 pounds of lean muscle over time.

I had a few questions though. Firstly, what is a recommended length of time to be on anavar? Since it's oral, and I'd read that most of the time oral steroids are more harsh on the liver, I figured 6-8 weeks would be safe. Also, do I need to be on some sort of PCT with this steroid? I had read conflicting opinions, some that said you don't need it with this drug, and others that said you should always have PCT such as nolva or whatever on hand in case anything went wrong. Since I'm brand new to steroids, I wouldn't want something freaky to happen and not have anything on hand to treat it, but if there's absolutely no chance of that happening I'd also rather not waste the money.

Lastly, how does HGH compare with anavar? Admittedly I haven't done a lot of research on HGH, side effects, and results, but a friend of mine had done it and said it was pretty mild.

Thanks for any information.

Since ANAVAR is a mild AAS is can be ran longer than most orals,,even 10-12 weeks
and for most men 40-60mg per day works nicely.
You most definitely want to do a solid PCT following the cycle.
