Do the glutes get "used to" this after awhile? Or does the pain last 2-4 days every time you do it thoughout your cycle?

i have done 3 of my sust shots so far and the last one hurt the most. i couldnt sleep on my right side at all...

its weird tho, because it feels like ur ass muscle is tight, although its not....

you will get used to it, its not as bad as you think.

don't inject too fast and also it helps to massage the area to stimulate it,it also helps to inject right before working out.

Inject nice and slow and massage the area after the injection and that may take some of the pain down. Good Luck!

before you inject, warm the vial a little, inject slowly, and massage the area after. adding some eq will help. ive also found its helpful at least for me to take a warm bath afterwards and massage even more.
