turnkeys make money. I worked int he online porn business for 3 years a few years back. From tgp's to galleries to turnkeys to pay sites to content sites, I ran and owned them all.

Here's a tip:

Steer away from the $$/month type membership deal. That's so passe.

Develop your own, and start investing in technology that allows you to pay per view. Similar to peep shows or video on demand. Sell videos online for viewing for $2.00/pop. Have thousands of clips. Create commission structures with authors of those videos -- in exchange for them directing traffic to you.

Stuff like that. Similar to how music is currently being sold online. 99c/song.

I sure as hell ain' forking out $20/month on some stupid membershp thing. But i may want to pay one-time $2.00 to view some hot piece of ass staring at me. What's 2 bucks? For you -- those 2 bucks add-up.

yea ive been talking about this with a friend and this seems to be the way to go. id probaly incorporate them both, a website with low monthly fee with option to purchase videos or webcam at one time cost. maybe have where members one time cost are slightly lower than non members.
