Listen to your body. Don't base what you can and can't do based off of others
 
You can and do hit the same muscles multiple times a week. How far you can push it depends on the individual.

You need to listen to your body. But
Most likely yes because your body is recovering faster on aas and more muscle fiber layers are being built. Eat eat and eat.
