Training intensity usually goes up on its own when on juice and since you can actually recover faster that just adds to it. However, dont fool yourself, you can still overtrain, which is just as bad if not worse than not training enough since it can lead to insomnia as well as illness which can sidetrack your cycle.
 
Both. Take a week off before beginning your cycle and then go balls to the walls but try to be as instinctive about your training as you can be. Don't overdo it. Increase total volume a little and then decrease it when you finish your cycle.
