no 2hrs everyday including weekends only 4 excerxises per session should i increse?

I'm confused, it takes you 2 hours each day to do 4 exercises? What are you all doing? It shouldn't take 2 hours. If you do one or two body parts a day with a 2 day on 1 day off schedule, you'd be better off. Plus only train for an hour or so.

ok i train 2 bodyparts 4 reps and 4 exercises for each bodypart, i tried for a month to train 60 min a bodypart a day but my body looks better by training more should i increase and train 3 bodyparts per day??

If you're in the gym for 2 hours everyday then you are in there way too much. In my opinion.

Can you post what your training split looks like and what exercises you are doing?

You should also check out the training methods sticky at the top of the page, there is a lot of very good information in there. :)

ditto to what big4life said. I think the more experienced people on this forum can help you more if you posted your routine.

How many sets total are you doing? This is really more important then how many movements.

I think it depends on what body part.

I hit 2-4 parts a day but that only takes me about 1.5 hours total. I'm really doing 2 major parts a day, but stacking abs and forarms on alternating days because they recover faster.

Also, I agree, the timing you put forward makes no sense.

bro i've been on this forum for a few months now and let me just say. At first I thought i knew it all too, fact is nobody knows everything I learn just as much as most people do on here. I've learned a lot and I can tell you from what i've learned that you are overtraining if you are working out EVERY DAY, 2HOURS a day.
now this guy may have just bsing you i don't know but unless he's destroying himself on juice than he doesn't workout 3bodyparts per day every day. stick around on this forum and ask for a good routine there are some good 5x5 routines here and some good HST routines.

different strokes for different folks bra - I know some dudes who train 2+ hours and are completely jacked.....and I also know some that are twigs.....to each his own......what works for him may not work for us.........same with diet.....I got a buddy who chows on fast food, doesnt care about protein, and is stronger than a fing muel...lean too....<10%...........

True that JK. But I could never spend two hours in the gym. I rarely think about time while I'm in the gym unless I need to go to school or work. But always ends up being about 45-and hour in the gym. only 2 body parts 3 exercises each including warmups and such.

Overtraining is not even close to most lifters. Yet people use it like its so easy to do. I spend long hours in the gym throwing up weight and have gotten nothing but results from it. Just check out my journal and youll see. I think you will know when to back off somewhat. Then come back again with a fierce desire.
