how much can i overtrain on cycle? like can i train for 2 hours a day? my shoulders arent quite where i want them and im wondering if i do shoulders like crazy will that help
 
if you over train shoulders it is a great way to blow out a rotator cuff

training 2 hours a day is absurd. if you take 45 seconds to 2 minutes between sets how many sets are you doing total that session? makes no sense

it is a rouse that training a long time produces results. the goal of weight training is to break down the muscle. that is easily accomplished when you lift THE RIGHT WAY. you can do that in 6 sets per muscle group very easily
 
Yes you can train them twice a week. 2-3 days recovery in between. Just be careful, remember with most upper body exercises you will be taxing your shoulders to some degree. The muscle may recover quickly but as Steve mentioned the small parts (rotator cuff) will be taxed the most. And a shoulder injury will halt/hinder all upper body training.
