Overtraining while on?

I would think it depends upon how much juice you are taking and your definition of overtraining. I wont go more than an hour natural because cortisol levels outweigh the benefit of staying...

In short, I would think "it depends" :)
 
GT- yes, you can overtrain while "on". In fact I did this at the beginning of my current cycle. It was the first few weeks, while the test was still kickin in. I felt the dbol so I figured I was good to go. Then on back night I totally bonked and felt like shit for a few days. Keep in mind that this was on a low volume/high intensity program too, so every set was to failure. I can still feel overtraining come on a little when diet/sleep aren't optimal. I simply take an extra day off or so till I feel better and start up where I left off.

Well I don't want to go too nuts or anything. I was just assuming that it's probably ok to throw in an extra couple sets for large muscle groups, that kinda thing. In other words, train more than you normally would off cycle.
 
I think there just was a good post on this. I'm training the same as I do on/off. The only difference in my workouts are exercises, there's a few that I swap in and out every other week.
