Overtraining on gear?

Anyone overtrain while on cycle. I seem to find myself getting antsy and doing some fill in stuff and it seems my elbows and shoulders may be paying a price and I don't want to break down mid cycle.

500 test e weekly 75 mg anavar daily. 5' 11". 210 lbs maybe mid teens bf. looking to cut up while keeping strength and muscle mass. 46 years old

Yes many times I have over trained and didn't keep up with vitamins. Ended up catching a cold from over doing it and got fatigued.

It is less likely on cycle but possible. I find myself getting beat up sometimes. I lift heavy all the time and once in a while I have to do a light session here and there. On Monday my shoulders felt beat to shit so I did light db benching. I did the 120's for a few sets of 15 reps, and on my second bench day I hit a 5lb pr. Just listen to your body and if its telling you to back off then do so, but don't be afraid to push it either.

It's possible to overtrain on cycle but not if your smart.

It is definitely possible to over train while on gear and a calorie deficit.

Try adding in some re-feed days when you go beyond depletion to preserve as much muscle mass as possible.

This will keep you feeling fuller and better throughout your dieting.

Also do not not be afraid of the working out........you can only under eat and under sleep.

I have felt better in the past doing the big feed days once in a while but I felt tired then. You just feel like you recover so fast cycling I guess I'll just listen to the joints close. The one I feel real bad for is my workout partner he's dying with the pace and intensity keeps telling me to chill down in the gym. Funny stuff. Thanks for the info. Time to eat I guess

The sleep is as important if kot more so than the food. Hiw much sleep are you getting?

Personally I train by feel and will repeat body parts if I feel it was not hit hard enough ill repeat it on the weekend. I am a firm believer there is only under sleeping or under eating. obviously if you in a deficit, you cant train as hard as if your were trying to build muscle in a surplus.

can you explain this re-feed theory texas monster

also, your joints could just be hurting strictly from the Anavar.....maybe consider taking a break from the Anavar (like 2 weeks) and then coming back to it later in the cycle....you certainly don't want to run it the entire cycle. but also fish oils can help with joint pain...

Definitely. Most people overtrain when they are natual. Being on roids would just give them more incentive to overtrain. I see it all the time...
