Overtraining for new growth question

Ok I'm about to start my first cycle and had a question. Might possible get flamed but oh well. Is it advised to overtrain certain areas while on a cycle to spawn new growth? When I first started lifting as a kid I didn't really pay much emphasis to my chest. So, my chest is way underdeveloped and I have pretty decent sized arms. Just wondering? Thanks for any replies!!!
 
Depends on the gear you are taking, but for my first cycle I did d-bol, deca, and test and I could literally lift all day long and not be sore the next day. So if you are already a decent size and doing AS with a really good diet just crank up your normal workout initially. I wouldn't go so far as to overtrain as I have never heard that theory. Stick with the program you KNOW works for you and then just add sets to it...weight will come from the gear.

Some size will come from what you are using, but what you are looking for will come down to 3 things:
1. Genetics
2. Diet
3. Sleep/Training
