Had a decent workout today.
did overhead singles for speed,
no leg drive
95 pounds plus 35 pounds band tension at top for 5 singles.
115 with bands for 2 singles,
135 with bands for 4 reps.

seated shoulder press, dumbells.
55 for 6
65 for 6
75 for 5

close grip bench, 225 for 8, then 245 and 265 for singles.
hammer curls, 20, 30, 40 for 8, then 50;s for 6

french press with dumbell, 75 for 3 sets of 8 with 30 sec rest between sets

bicep triset, one rep of hammer, one rep of cross body
hammer, one rep of regular supinated curl

25's for 2 sets of 5 trisets

one set band pushdowns,

2 sets wrist roller

2 sets of 8 dumbell side bends with 75's

that was it. felt pretty good.
 
It is interesting...

I think that I got more out of a cyclic 5x5 routine for shoulders than anything else...
