Overhead press and that's it

Can you build strong and healthy (rotator cuff wise) shoulders with overhead press only (in front and behind the neck and/or push press)?
 
I think it will help to protect your cuff more by building a stronger shoulder(delts),but from my therapy they make you do rotorcuff exercises...Myself i have been doing overheads and all my shoulder problems from my 3 year injury as gone....Something therapy and the doctors couldnt do in all them years! So it does help in my eyes..Gl
 
i have rotator cuff issues and i just started implementing ohp. hopefully it will start to feel better soon.
