just got some new fish oil, every capsule has 100% RDA vitamins A + B added to it. The capsule is either 1000mg fish oil or 1500mg, I cant remember.
This means if I want more than 1000-1500mg of fish oil Ill be overdosing on vitamin A which I know it dangerous.
With my previous brand of fish oil that had no added vitamins I was having 6g a day spread over 2g doses at breakfast, late afternoon meal and pre sleep meal.
What should I do? (dont say just get a new type of capsules)
