overdevelopment or bulls@#t???

is it true that u can overdevelop one body part so that ur body is not in proportion to the rest?
like a swimmer has broad big shoulders or cyclist has big legs right?
ok like in my case: if ur chest n front delts are more developed than ur back n rear delts can u ever catch up if so how?

Yes.

I shrugged a shitload when i was younger... I don't have to shrug every week (or even month), and I can go in and pull ~500 lbs with barbell shrugs.

People genetically will have certain bodyparts that are larger and or respond better to training.

If your goal is proportion... stop training that part, lol.

Back: Start Deadlifting and Rowing and get strong at them.
 
Based mainly on my job, i have a Huge back, Traps, and shoulders. Actually make my 17.5" Bi's look small.
