I'm gonna be starting a cycle of test, decca and trena. My question is can i over trainon this cycle by doing 18-20 sets for big muscles and 14-18 on small muscles with 5-6 days of rest before hitting the same muscle. I have absolutly no problem thrashing my body in the gym for an hour or two. I just want max results from my cycle. any opions, suggustions would be great..
