Over Training

I'm gonna be starting a cycle of test, decca and trena. My question is can i over trainon this cycle by doing 18-20 sets for big muscles and 14-18 on small muscles with 5-6 days of rest before hitting the same muscle. I have absolutly no problem thrashing my body in the gym for an hour or two. I just want max results from my cycle. any opions, suggustions would be great..
 
Every now and then you have to bring your body to the breaking point in order for it to have a reason to grow. When on cycle is the perfect time to do it. Yes, cals and sleep and supps help too.
 
when you say while on.... do you mean w/ Test.... I am currently using just anavar and proviron.... would not using test make a major difference??

Not running test will always affect recovery time. But when using any aas you won't have any problems with recovery. Of course as long as your diet and sleep is good.

IMO when you on cycle overtraining is almost impossible. Overtraining while on is possible, but highly unlikely.
The overtraining i expeirance while on is "tendon probs" Im strong as a ox, but can fuck up joints/tendons ect............ And this i learned the hard way, and had to stay away from any upper body for a week ...I was pissed !I have learned to push alittle bit at a time, and i never just throw in 2-3 more sets , i'll add one set per muscle group a week... I'm up to 7 sets @ 8-10 reps.

quick note -

There is a supp. called Cissus which REALLY helps my old joints and tendons. You might want to give it a try. Google. Really works!
I take 3 X day.
 
I eat weel, get plenty of sleep and do 30+ sets per rotuine......I dont take a day off unless my body tells me to skip and rest.....listen to your body......I find overtraining isnt as easy at many thought and I'm only on HRT....
 
right the only area i ever have a reservation about while on was my tendon strength cause i started out as a skinny ass basketball player. i started at210-215 lbs when i got out of college, and im now 260-265. of course this is over the course of a couple of years, but as far as overtraining, I have tried really hard while on and have never been able to do it. so i agree with the prv posts---- get your sleep/keep your belly packed/ and train as hard as you can and toull be just fine and dandy
 
Thanx gent's. I just wanna know if i do more harm than good if i get on a whim and do 18 sets for my rear delts or 20 sets on tri's. I have no problem thrashing the piss out of my body, cuz evertime im on cycle i always get in the mind set of i want to get my moneys worth and i did as much as i can.

We allknowthis is completely untrue.....you can eat how ever much you want or however little....overtraining is for real.....and nothing will undo that but rest...
 
I think it depends on what you mean by overtraining. If you mean working out more often than normal, than yes, that is fine. But if you mean, can you lift beyond the point of typical injury, then hell no. Sure, go heavy. Go heavy as hell. But don't think you can keep going if you feel something wrong just because you're "on".

with that much rest between training days,,,,should be ok.

i hear that. muscle wise ive never felt overtrained. but definitely have concerning my joints. especially when running winny

oK, GO FOR 6 MONTHS WITH NO OFF DAYS......

A safe way to do it is to not jump straight into that many sets. Work up to it over weeks in your cycle. If you do fuck up a tendon or ligament, it will set you back more than the couple extra sets will help you. If you understand what I mean. Don't go from 9 sets to 20 overnight is my point.
