Over Training,...am I?

If you're doing 5 sets @ 20 reps, you are either: full of shit, no going low enough, or afraid to do 1 set @ 315, which would do way more than 5 warm ups. Please keep in mind that joints have a limit to how many reps they can take over a life time. Don't waste them.
