outer quads

this question would be better for the training board but i figure i'll ask it here.. i was wondering what exercise would build up the outer side (lateral) of the quad? i heard squatting and leg press with the feet close together? anyone know anyothers?

feet close together is correct.
 
Try pre-exhausting them or supersetting.

You could do leg extensions first..I do this sometimes.

Last week I had a great Leg workout....I did squats,Presses...then I supersetted Extensions with DEEP Hack Squats. Awesome burn. My quads were very sore the next day.

With any bodypart..the key to full development is FULL range of motion.
 
What Rocket said. Just started working quads on seperate day for this very reason-also doing close stance front squats.
