My quads on the side are flat which pisses me off. I think someone told me it could be IT band friction syndrome what ever that is. Now how can i fix this flatness on the out quad muscles? Will i have to resort to SEO's to stretch the part thats flat or maybe i can just start doing all my injections there to stretch the fascia. ideas would be appreciated.
