outer quad muscle flat on outside

My quads on the side are flat which pisses me off. I think someone told me it could be IT band friction syndrome what ever that is. Now i see guys with massive legs and there out sweep bulges out like in this pic i just got off google. http://bodybuilding_workout.home.insightbb.com/trainingarticles/build_massive_legs/munzer2.jpg

Now how can i fix this flatness on the out quad muscles? Will i have to resort to SEO's to stretch the part thats flat or maybe i can just start doing all my injections there to stretch the fascia. ideas would be appreciated.

i am not sure about the condition u list but close stance squats or leg presses will help. this will take time as u need sufficient leg mass for this t really pop out.

dude i don't know what your problem is . i may be 18 but i have good quads . for god's sake i just broke my high schools squat record about a month ago.

Pictures could help out a bid of your legs. But the only advice I can give would be to eat large amounts of food to put on size and squats, presses and deadlifts. Major core movements are great for overall leg stimulation. I've always had tiny legs as a 125lb wrestler in school but now I'm 215lbs and legs are pretty beefy. It really comes down to diet and training. Also I use a lot of the hid abductor and most would say girl machines for my legs after intense training. It worked for me though. The major thing for me had to be changing my diet to a bulking diet.

out the ass? i'm on a perfectly sane cycle right now actually and i'm researching insulin use . i'd hardly call it "out the ass" .
i was bigger than u before i started using .
 
The problem isint mass, i have pretty big legs and can move a good amount of weight, its just the outer head being flat which is pissing me off, guess it just takes time to go away.
