Outcast/out of place

I go to the gym to just work out. I don't pay to make friends. If someone is friendly I will just be like hey whats up. But I am not starting a conversation with them. Go there to workout and leave and thats all.

Well... it depends. I'm at a university, so I'm surrounded by people my age, and I've met people in the gym who I've hung out with outside of the gym.

I go to the gym to lift, I complete my workout, and then I might stay a few minutes to talk with who is there.

But, no, I don't interrupt my workout to speak with others (I usually wear headphones to avoid them trying to start a conversation).

At the Y's, there is a smorgasborg of people types.
Everyone feels like an Outcast at one time or another..

Get in, Get pumped, take a quick glimps at the Babes, Get showered and get out!

Nobody talks to anyone else at my gym.

I think they're all afraid if the say "hello" everyone will think they're a fag or something.

Pretty retarded if you ask me.
