I would pick buld0g over NEEDSPEED. NEEDSPEED has nice definition and cuts, but buld0g has size, definition, and kick-ass striations to go with it, plus he's bigger, so it looks better.

LOL! thanks rnch. My diet is moving along just fine. Basically what I have been doing is dieting very strict Monday thru Friday, keeping my carbs at or around 100g/day, and of course high-protein intake as well, and on the weekends I have cheat days. But I'm thinking 2 cheat days in a row might be excessive. What do you think?
