This may seem like a bit of an odd question, but how do I know for sure if my nipples are sore due to gyno?
the actual nipple part is tender if i pinch it but its not excruciating.
is is just the nipple that should be sore of the whole dark part (whatever the fuck its called)??

Well I've never had gyno, or even symptoms.....but from what I understand your nipple and the surrounding area should be puffy, tender, sore if you rub against it, and itchy. In some cases they lactate. But we'll bump this for some bro's with gyno experience.

not quite a gram 1/2 but yes I am wondering, that was the original question.
and yes i have some anti-e's which i am ready to take, but i am enquiring as to the exact symptoms of gyno as i have never had it. have you? maybe you could help?

I got it from converted synovex (bad mistake). Anyway I first started getting soreness and itching. Then there was some what appeared to be water retention(puffiness) around the nipple then not long after that there was very tender lumps developing under the nipple at a very fast rate. It happened very sudden. By now alot of you are thinking WTF why are you not on anti-estrogens??? I was. I was taking 1mg arimidex daily then I learned that from the synovex conversion there is without a doubt some estrogen already present in the test and Arimidex only prevents estrogen from forming but does nothing to get rid of it if it is already present. So immediately I stopped the Adex and started taking Nolva a bolus dose of 60mg/ed for 3 days then 40mg/ed for 4weeks.... I finally stopped the syno prop (500mg/wk) because even at 40mg/ed the gyno stopped at first but then in a week was still slowly progressing and very tender. I do not recommend syno prop conversion because there is no way you can convince me the estrogen is completely gone. I have done test at higher doses in the past without any anti-estrogens and never any problems. All of what I went through happened inside of 1 month, starting at the end of the first week. I will only use regular test powder now. Besides it is alot cheaper than syno. I will be getting surgery soon. I will post pictures before and after. I would like to send the bill to someone who convinced me the estrogen will be washed out of the syno. I did the procedure correctly and rinsed 2-3 times more than what was required. Hope that helps you. After my surgery when I am back on regular test enanth I will try aromasin and adex in small daily preventative doses and maybe some proviron.

dude i can help take the anti e's cause no matter how big u are if u get gyno and take ur shirt off it is embarrassing as hell i got symtoms just like yours and i took nolva and it went away oh yea i am not that big so i was really embarrassed

Im in love with test. I'll admit it.
and no im not a blow fish, 5'10" 226 12- 13% - strict as fuck diet. although i dont get fat or bloated. ya im holding water, but with a strict diet, im still pretty vascular. test burns fat right?
so is it the general consensus that if you have gyno your nipples will be itchy?

It's not gyno yet, but only a sign (itchy/puffy nips) of an increase in E. Let it continue and you may end up with it though. Keep a close watch on the nipple for any lumps.

No need to panic it's natural for E to rise, specially with that much T.

Now is the time to start Nolva, because why should you risk it? Start 20mg ED since you do not have Gyno symptoms. If itchy/puffiness goes away, then drop to 10mg ED.

I did have ichy nips that lasted a couple of days and it went away, but don't risk it. Nolva and possibly adex. standing by. 20mgs Nolva ed until symptoms clear then stop or cont at 10mgs ed
