OK I must be a real fat ass.
I had the bodyfat analysis (ELG) done yesterday, and the guy did it 3 times. I’m 30%! They didn't believe it, that’s why they did it three times.
Now I do not look fat. Even before the electrodes were taped to my foot and hand, they estimated I’m a competitive BB. At 5’8 216 I wear 46R and fit into 34” pants. True a 34” is larger then most 5’8. But I got my Moms hips (grin), and the squatting power behind it. 315 ATF and 80 bells in shoulders is not a problem.
The chart showed two numbers.
Current
17% normal fat
14% Excess
69% LBM
Goal
17% normal fat
0% Excess
83% LBM
Also, that my body fat weight is 67.18#, 30.5% BF
With my goal weight to be 184, which even the doctor said to ignore in the gym world. Shit I have not weighted that little since 1990, when I went a restrictive diet to see just how low I could get and still be healthy. Then 42S jackets were loose on me.
So my question is am I 30% or 14%. I can live with 14% for the winter, but 30!
