Ok,back to the grindstone today,and it was legs of all things. Didn't go max on lifts. Squats,leg press,romanian deadlift,walking lunges,curls an calf raises.
After three full days off s4 vision sides cleared up completely,so today started back on 30mg will take sat and sun off.
I was nearing the end of my Osta,so I got another bottle,that would make 12 weeks in total on it,not sure yet. Never got any sides from it.
Since starting the n2slin and burner,and cutting carbs down I've lost around 4-5lb in 2weeks and it seems to be fat that's gone,I just have to be carefull not to cut too quickly which is a failing of mine. And my strength is still up
